Victoria Barriola
Design Manager + Senior Multidisciplinary Designer
I’m a multidisciplinary designer and creative leader with extensive experience bringing brands to life across retail, digital, print, packaging and photography.
Having worked across the U.S., Mexico and Venezuela, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with people from different cultures, perspectives and backgrounds. Those experiences have shaped the way I approach design and leadership—with curiosity, adaptability and a genuine appreciation for people.
I enjoy seeing the bigger picture—developing creative direction, building cohesive visual systems and guiding ideas from concept through execution across multiple touchpoints. But just as much as I love the work itself, I love the people behind it. I thrive in collaborative environments and genuinely enjoy mentoring designers, sharing ideas and helping a team grow and do its best work.
I’m especially passionate about projects that combine strong design with real-world problem solving. Whether I’m developing a retail experience, art directing photography, building a brand identity or collaborating on a large cross-channel initiative, I bring positive energy, thoughtful leadership and a strong attention to craft.
I believe great creative work comes from strong ideas, collaboration and understanding not only how something should look, but why it should exist.
